city living - when unsupervised babies tag your neighborhood

the taggers have hit my neighborhood! we are lucky in that they (we believe that it's a band of three) have decided to limit their canvas to the neighborhood mailbox. the one down-side is that the mailbox is right next to my house. how ever will we catch them?! i mean it took police in three jurisdictions years to track down "borf" and make him pay! well, it's easy to catch them when they're 3, 6, and 9 and haven't yet learned that you don't use your real name -
