before you get your panties in a bunch and freak out about the flipflop fed posting blogs during the work day on your tax dollars, you should know that we were sent home because there was no water in the building. seems that some genius ran their car into the water standpipe in the parking garage.

this really does beg two questions - how fast was this person driving in the parking garage? (we are bureaucrats, not attractive rebels trying to pull off the italian job.) and did they really put the main water pipe in a place where it could be easily knocked down by a car??

so there you have it. if you can't poop, you can't make policy.
